Vacuum deoiling:
Parts are cleaned inside a vacuum chamber and heated with radiant heaters. By accurately controlling temperature and pressure, all contaminants and residual oils are fully evaporated.
Dry blowing:
Elektror SD side channel blowers are used for blowing off and drying parts. Air volume and pressure determine drying effectiveness, while air temperature further enhances drying efficiency.
Flood washing in a vacuum chamber:
First, the air in the chamber is evacuated, then cleaning fluid is injected under high pressure (up to 16 bar), allowing it to thoroughly reach hidden channels and recesses.
Vacuum drying:
Blind bores, narrow lubrication channels, and complex internal geometries can be completely dried. When the chamber pressure drops below the liquid’s vapor pressure, remaining moisture evaporates and is removed, leaving thoroughly dry parts.
During these processes, both water-based and solvent cleaners may be used. In applications involving explosive vapors, ATEX-certified vacuum pumps ensure safe operation.
